Per our Policy Manual, completing our ANNUAL REPORT is a requirement each year for maintaining your Affiliation with WOM and keeping your account in good standing. This is not an option (if your Annual Report is late, then we will need to start holding your Deposits until your report is received). Why? Because we must meet certain IRS guidelines regarding: 1) the distribution of ministry funds to your Bank account, and 2) we must maintain current information in our files about your ministry activities (for IRS guidelines: WorldOutreach.org/requirements). Completing this form will only take about 15 minutes. Please provide the following information and follow the instructions as they apply to your case. All questions need to be answered. Please be as thorough as possible. When you click "Submit" you should see a message that your form was successfully submitted. 6. NEWSLETTERS. As you know, we require Quarterly Ministry Newsletters to keep your WOM account in good standing. We prefer "Monthly" updates (and, your income will be better), but Quarterly is the minimum. Please be sure to add our main email address to your list of recipients so that your WOM Account remains in good standing. Please review this policy (below) and the IRS guidelines that we must follow.

Requirement for e-Newsletters - Even though this Annual Report is your summary for last year, we want to reinforce our policy regarding the ongoing requirement for a quarterly ministry newsletter/update from you. For most of you, this is a non-issue.. As you know, we have always encouraged WOM missionaries to send monthly e-Newsletters or simple email updates to their Contact List. It only makes sense if you expect your friends to continue supporting you and feel connected. We realize that some WOM mission workers send more frequently than monthly, while others prefer every-other month, etc. WE PREFER MONTHLY UPDATES (AND, YOUR INCOME WILL BE BETTER), BUT THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS "QUARTERLY." Why do we have this policy? The IRS guidelines regarding the distribution of ministry funds TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT are serious -- and requires that WOM maintain current information on file about your ministry activities (for details: WorldOutreach.org/requirements). Most WOM missionaries do an excellent job with e-Newsletters, but there are always a few who really need to improve in this area. We do realize that some of you depend heavily on Facebook Groups, etc. for your communication (which is great) – BUT IT CANNOT TAKE THE PLACE OF OUR REQUIEMENT. We will not login to Facebook to try to track down each missionary’s page and what they are posting. Even if you depend heavily on Facebook, you still need to actively send a minimum of Quarterly e-Newsletters or email updates to your friends (and to WOM). Those of you in this category can use Facebook DM’s (direct messages) to gather email addresses if you need to develop your email list. In fact, we have an awesome Telephone Interview with Missionaries Levi & Jackie Davis about how they doubled their email list by using Facebook’s Direct Message feature. Click here for the Telephone Interview (audio only). Our feeling is that no one is too busy to send 4 QUARTERLY e-Newsletters/Updates per year – even though we prefer monthly. Your friends deserve to be communicated with and your home office is required to have information on hand about your ministry activities – plus, they can easily be forwarded to others to help you meet new churches and people. We electronically store each and every update received from our missionaries, in case we are ever questioned about the distribution of funds to your Bank account. Thank you for understanding and respecting why we require this and making adjustments on your end as needed. The best group that we've found that allows you to have e-Newsletters and your own integrated website (all for $12 / mo) is www.Epistle.today. A free service that many WOM families use is www.MailChimp.com that offers many templates for colorful e-Newsletters.

7. HOW-TO-GIVE INFO. Are you regularly including your WOM "how-to-give" info in your e-Newsletters, emails, website, etc? This is a vital key for increasing your monthly income. Make sure you are using your direct link for online donations: www.WorldOutreach.org/fundcode (sample: www.WorldOutreach.org/27 -- put your fund code at the end). To copy and paste the correct "how-to-give" info, please go to Section 6 in our Resource Library. www.WorldOutreach.org/resources Additionally, do not use PayPal, Cash App, GoFundMe, etc. for your support raising (see your Agreement in #11 below). All support (including Project funds) must pass through the WOM system (either by check or online donations). You will not have to pay taxes on Project Funds if you use the Schedule C form and follow our guidance for filing your taxes – see Sections 14 & 15 in our Resource Library.(*)

8. LOGIN, RESOURCES, & CONTINUING EDUCATION - You should be logging in to your WOM account on a regular basis to view your Deposit Reports (uploaded to your portal every two weeks), Gift Notes, Messages, and use our Resource Library. You should Login a minimum of every two weeks to analyze your Deposit Reports that we upload. Your Deposit Reports show exactly "who gave what" for each deposit. The deposit net amount on our reports will EXACTLY MATCH the amount sent to your Bank. Additionally, you can use the information to thank key donors from time to time. As you now, we send a Tax-deductible receipt for every gift -- but you should add a personal touch at times to thank your supporters and build good relationships.

WOM believes in the spirit of excellence and Lifelong Learning. We want WOM mission workers to have a heart of humility and a hunger to keep improving in every area. Make a commitment to yourself to adopt the habit of continuing education through regular devotions, reading books, and studying our Resource Library Even veteran missionaries can learn new things!

You should also view the Gift Notes section within your portal each time. To learn how to access your Gift Notes (where your donors may have designated gifts for your projects or sent other personal notes) -- study Section 15 in our Resource Library www.WorldOutreach.org/resources.

Additionally, be alert to the Message Icon that may be blinking. You want to stay current with the messages that we periodically upload regarding new Training Resources and other critical items.

CHRISTIAN LIFESTYLE - I will endeavor to live a godly and ethical lifestyle that honors Christ and the mission work that I am involved in (defined as "walking in the Spirit" – see Galatians 5:16 - 6:5). Social Media Considerations - Social media is an area that the apostles could have never envisioned, but it is part of our modern world. We live in a time where a single Social media post can instantly reflect poorly on a person’s Christian witness. We have all seen famous people lose jobs over just one Social media post. Keep in mind that as a mission worker, your reputation is associated with your Social media activities. Therefore, we encourage you to protect yourself in this area. Focusing your posts on political ideas, conspiracy theories, or issues that have nothing to do with your mission work can reflect poorly on your witness for Christ. Endeavor to keep your posts in line with a Spirit-led lifestyle as described in Galatians 5:16-26. You do not want to post things that may reflect poorly on your character and mission work (language, sexual content, alcohol, drugs, etc.).

AGAPE LOVE-WALK - I will endeavor to "maintain the unity of the Spirit" by walking in agape love and forbearance, even with people of different backgrounds and beliefs.

FINANCIAL POLICY - I agree to follow WOM's financial policy that was a part of my original application paperwork and the Policy Manual. I agree to direct all my support through the WOM system (checks, online gifts, project gifts, etc.). I will take a proactive approach to instruct my supporters (both individuals and churches) to channel their gifts through the Home Office that I have chosen -- World Outreach Ministries Inc. I realize that the only way that the services performed on my behalf can be paid for (online donation system, Tax-deductible receipts, postage, your 24/7 login portal, data entry, reports, staff, etc.) is if I abide by this policy. (This means that you will not attempt to bypass the WOM system by advertising groups like PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, GoFundMe, etc. – which are not non-profit groups and cannot issue Tax-deductible receipts). I will abide by the financial policy "as unto the Lord." I understand that failure to abide by this policy can lead to the termination of my WOM account.

NEWSLETTERS (Communication with my Home Office & supporters) - I will keep World Outreach and my supporters informed about my mission work through regular Newsletters and email updates (see #6 above for our Newsletter requirements for keeping your WOM account in good standing). We also ask that you show consideration by communicating with us about any changes that you are contemplating -- PRIOR to making them (not for our permission – we want you to follow the Holy Spirit's direction – but for our records, communication, and helpful input that we can offer). Missionary Care is a big part of our philosophy. We are happy to provide helpful ideas, input, and coaching when called upon. After 45 years of working with mission workers, we can help you succeed if you will include us.

STATEMENT OF FAITH - I realize that the Statement of Faith is meant to serve as a general guideline for unity, and not an all-inclusive statement of Theology. I have read the Statement of Faith and agree with it.

ANNUAL REPORTS - I realize that I must fill out this Annual Report each year concerning my mission work. I understand that this requirement is simply to update the Home Office about my mission work, help fulfill IRS guidelines for the distribution of funds from WOM to my bank, and to encourage goal setting on my part.
